What is G-Cloud 15?

First launched by the UK Government in 2012, G-Cloud provides a framework through which eligible public-sector bodies can buy cloud software, cloud hosting and associated support services. G-Cloud 15 was let under the Procurement Act 2023.

Appointed suppliers list their services on the Digital Marketplace, allowing procurement teams to review suitable options and follow the relevant buying process. This provides a quicker, established route to market without removing the need for buyers to define their requirements, evaluate suitable services and comply with their own procurement policies.

G-Cloud 15 runs from 6 August 2026 to 5 August 2030. FMIS’s acceptance continues the company’s availability to public-sector buyers through the latest framework. Appointment as a supplier confirms that FMIS can offer the listed services through this route; it does not represent an endorsement of FMIS or its products by the Government Commercial Agency.

G-Cloud 14 was extended until 28 October 2026, creating an overlap with the opening of G-Cloud 15. G-Cloud 15 is now available, and buyers considering a new procurement should review the current listings and applicable framework guidance. Existing G-Cloud 14 call-off contracts are governed by their agreed terms.

Which FMIS services are available through G-Cloud 15?

FMIS provides modular asset management software covering the financial and operational management of assets and equipment. Services available through G-Cloud 15 include:

Organisations can select the services relevant to their requirements rather than adopting a single fixed package. FMIS has experience supporting councils, NHS bodies, central government, police services and other statutory bodies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Security, hosting and assurance

Security and supplier assurance are important considerations when public-sector organisations assess cloud software. FMIS holds Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation and is certified to ISO 27001 for information security management.

FMIS software is developed in the UK and delivered through FMIS Cloud, with UK-based hosting, implementation assistance and ongoing support. Staff working on relevant public-sector requirements can be vetted to Security Check (SC) level where this is required. The scope and personnel involved will depend on the service and the buyer’s requirements.

Procurement and information security teams can review further information about FMIS’s hosting, data protection, accessibility, secure development, vulnerability management and service continuity through the FMIS Trust Centre. Buyers should assess this evidence against their own security policies and assurance requirements.
