Preventative Maintenance
Based on meter readings or renewal dates the system will generate a number of planned work orders for a designated maintenance manager. The manager can then choose to accept the work order and book the activity onto a work team diary.

Unplanned Maintenance
The system can be used to record and react to any incident requiring a repair, test or replacement activity. The work order can be selected from a standard set of templates designed for the incident type and allocated to a vendor, individual or team. The status of the work order can impact the Inventory status of the item.
